Lemon Ginger Prawns

Ingredients:
30 uncooked prawns
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Shell and devein prawns.
  2. Combine juice, ginger, sauce, sesame oil, salt, paprika and black pepper in large bowl; stir in prawns.
  3. Cover with cling wrap; refrigerate 1 hour. (Can be made a day ahead to this stage)
  4. Heat oil in large frying pan; cook until tender.

Optional: Garnish with avocado.
