Mango Lassi


When mangoes are season, it makes us crave for a cup of creamy, sumptuously dreamy, mango lassi. Coupled with the forever-summers of Malaysia, this lassi is a refreshing cooler.

Ingredients
1½ cup yogurt
1 cup mango pulp (approx. 3 small ripe mangoes)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar (feel free to replace with honey or agave)
Some ice cubes (depending on blender)
Fresh mint leaves for garnishing (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes and puree in the blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and ice is crushed.
  3. Serve in glass topped with a small spring of fresh mint leaves.
 

Quick note: The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
If you like a touch of spice in your drinks, add in a pinch of grounded up cardamom seeds. It’s scrumdiddlyumptious
